Once we receive your booking, we’ll confirm the details and send you everything you need to know before your tour.

Private & Tailor-Made Tours
Private journeys often need a little more planning.
Tell us where you’d like to go, who you’re traveling with and what you’d love to experience. We’ll help shape the itinerary around your interests and provide a clear price before you confirm.
Booking Confirmation
Your booking is confirmed once you receive confirmation from FAIVO.
Your confirmation will normally include the tour date, number of guests, price, pick-up arrangements and any other important information for your experience.
Please provide a phone or WhatsApp number that you can access while traveling in Vietnam, as our driver or guide may contact you before pick-up.
If your hotel or pick-up location changes, please let us know as early as possible.
Payment
We believe payment should be just as simple as booking your tour.
Depending on the experience, payment may be made online, by bank transfer, by card or in cash.
For many of our day tours, no advance payment is required. You can pay in cash when our driver or guide picks you up and your tour begins.
Any payment requirements will always be clearly explained when your booking is confirmed.
Cash Payment at Pick-Up
Prefer to pay on the day? That’s absolutely fine.
For eligible tours, simply pay in cash at pick-up when your tour begins. Payment can be made directly to our authorized guide, driver or FAIVO representative.
This allows you to meet our local team before making payment and keeps the booking process simple.
Please have the agreed amount ready in the currency stated in your booking confirmation.
Card & Online Payment
If you prefer to pay in advance, card or online payment may also be available for selected bookings.
Our team will provide the appropriate payment instructions when your booking is confirmed.
Any applicable payment or transaction fees will be communicated before payment.
Private Tours & Deposits
Some private tours and tailor-made journeys require us to reserve a private vehicle, speedboat, guide or other services exclusively for your group.
In these cases, we may ask for a deposit to secure your arrangements.
If a deposit is required, we’ll clearly tell you the amount, payment method and remaining balance before you confirm the booking.
Prices & Currency
Tour prices may be displayed in Vietnamese Dong (VND) or US Dollars (USD).
The price stated in your booking confirmation is the agreed price for your booking, subject to any changes or additional services requested by you afterward.
If currency conversion is required, the final amount may vary slightly depending on the exchange rate or payment provider used at the time of payment.

Your tour page or booking confirmation will explain what is included in the price.
If your booking involves an additional pick-up charge, optional activity, private transportation or another extra service, we’ll let you know before you agree to it.

Changes to Your Booking
Travel plans change sometimes. If yours do, just let us know.
If you need to change your travel date, number of guests, hotel, pick-up location or other booking details, please contact us as early as possible.
We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Changes are subject to availability and may affect the price when additional transportation, boats, guides or other services are required.
Cancellations & Refunds
We understand that sometimes plans don’t work out as expected.
Cancellation and refund conditions may vary depending on the tour and services reserved for your booking.

For experiences affected by weather, sea conditions or other circumstances that may make the tour unsafe or unable to operate, our local team will contact you and explain the available options.
